Minimum Participants: Each FAM trip requires a minimum of 6 participants to proceed. This ensures that each trip is a curated, intimate experience for all involved.
Confirmation Deadline: To ensure the highest quality of arrangements, each trip must be confirmed at least 30 days prior to the selected arrival date. This allows us ample time to perfect every detail of your luxurious adventure.

What if my flight arrives to Venice or Zagreb airport?

Should your flight arrive at Venice or Zagreb airports, we offer the convenience of private VIP transfers to ensure a seamless journey to Slovenia. Additional surcharges apply: 250 EUR per car, per way from Zagreb Airport, and 350 EUR per car, per way from Venice Airport. To secure this elevated travel experience, please send us an email.

Can I invite a friend or partner to a fam trip?

Should you opt for a private FAM trip, you're welcome to extend the invitation to family or friends. Please note that our regular FAM trips are exclusively designed for travel advisors. To explore custom options and make your experience truly unique, please send us an email.

Can I extend my stay in Slovenia?

You're warmly invited to extend your stay in Slovenia to further explore its rich experiences and discover more captivating places. We offer the flexibility to tailor a program according to your specific interests and ideas. To inquire about private FAM trip options, please send us an email.

Payment and cancelation

To secure your spot on this exclusive journey, a non-refundable deposit of 200 EUR is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be due 30 days before your trip's start date. Payments can be completed online via credit card. Should you require additional services, such as transfers from Venice or Zagreb airports or a personalized trip itinerary, a separate invoice will be issued for these extras.

All FAM trip packages offer the flexibility of free cancellation up to 14 days before your scheduled arrival. However, please note that the initial deposit of 200 EUR is non-refundable, and cancellations made less than 14 days prior to arrival will result in the forfeiture of the full payment.
